We want you to love your New Look purchase, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose a Method

  Select your preferred return method, whether it is a local drop-off point, a locker service, or a home collection.

  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items in their original packaging and download your QR code or print the prepaid shipping label provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
